Is this poser or daz?
The distance focal length(?) you used was what... I have been trying to understand that part of my tool for a while now with no luck.

The scene (characters, pose, clothes, buildings, vehicle) is posed in Daz Studio but then, instead of hitting the 'render' button I export my whole scene as an .obj file then i import it into Octane Render.
Octane Render is a powerful rendering software where I can edit materials, set lights, create and position cameras, ... So the depth of field is done in Octane Render, not in Daz Studio.
But you can create a depth of field in Daz, too. You create a camera, then you select it and go to 'parameters'  then you select 'camera' and you turn the 'depth of field' parameter on. you can control the amount of effect with the Focal distance and the F/Stop parameters.
I imagine there must be a similar function in poser (I'm not a poser user ...)

I hope this helps.
